Authenticated server-side requests via unvalidated installation endpoint

SSRF in Apache StreamPipes 0.93.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to make the server send arbitrary HTTP GET requests. The pipeline-element installation workflow accepts a user-configured endpoint without restricting its destination before issuing the request. Valid StreamPipes credentials are required; requests originate from the server's network position and can modify remote state through GET side effects.
