Adjacent-network daemon crash via unchecked subTLV lengths

Buffer overflow in FRRouting through 9.1 allows attackers on an adjacent OSPF network to crash the ospfd daemon with a malformed LSA. The ospf_te_parse_ext_link function in ospfd/ospf_te.c trusts Extended Link TLV lengths and reads fixed-size Adjacency SID subTLVs without verifying their declared sizes. Reachability requires an unauthenticated attacker on an adjacent OSPF network to supply a malformed LSA; the bounded consequence is an ospfd crash and routing-service interruption.
