Daemon crash via unchecked Segment Routing sub-TLV lengths

Buffer overflow in FRRouting through 9.1 allows remote attackers to crash ospfd via a malformed OSPF Router Information LSA packet. ospf_te_parse_ri reads Segment Routing sub-TLV fields without confirming that each advertised length remains inside the enclosing LSA buffer. Reachability requires the target to process a crafted OSPF LSA containing Segment Routing sub-TLVs; the published consequence is an ospfd crash.
