Deployment compromise via disabled TLS certificate verification

Improper certificate validation in IBM Security Verify Access Appliance 10.0.0 through 10.0.7 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to alter deployments. The ibmsecurity appliance REST client passes verify=False to requests calls, so invoke_post_snapshot_id and related methods accept untrusted TLS certificates. Exploitation requires an operator to deploy through an attacker-controlled network path, exposing administrative credentials and configuration traffic to interception or modification.
