Administrative access via Jetty path traversal

Path traversal in CData Connect before 23.4.8846 allows remote attackers to gain administrative access through crafted Jetty requests. Jetty accepts backslashes in a traversal URI, while servlet mappings and security constraints process that URI inconsistently and affected endpoints omit explicit session checks. The Java edition must use the embedded Jetty server, and successful requests bypass authentication to read settings and perform administrative actions.
