Unauthenticated command execution via hostTime injection

Command injection in TOTOLINK EX200 Firmware 4.0.3c.7646_B20201211 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via hostTime. The NTPSyncWithHost function in system.so incorporates the attacker-controlled hostTime value into command execution without neutralizing shell syntax. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful injection runs commands in the appliance firmware context with control over device data and operation.
