Improper access control in TOTOLINK EX200 Firmware 4.0.3c.7646_B20201211 allows remote attackers to gain a Telnet shell. The setTelnetCfg function in system.so accepts the telnet_enabled parameter without authorization, starts Telnet, and exposes a shell on port 23. Exploitation requires adjacent-network access to the management interface; the published assessment limits impact to reading confidential data.
