Local process crash via oversized party-value read

Stack buffer overflow in emp-ot 0.2.4 allows local users to crash a consuming process through a crafted Ferret predata file. FerretCOT::read_pre_data128_from_file requests an eight-byte read into the four-byte in_party stack variable. Exploitation requires a consuming application to invoke Ferret setup with an attacker-controlled predata file; demonstrated impact is process termination.
