Privileged shell access via bootloader override

Authentication bypass in the GNCC GC2 Indoor Security Camera allows physically proximate attackers to obtain a privileged shell through UART. The exposed UART console accepts bootloader environment changes that replace the normal kernel arguments with init=/bin/sh and boot directly into a root shell. Physical access to the powered-off camera and a UART connection are required, after which the attacker gains full administrative control of the device.
