Stored XSS via unescaped file-block link text

Stored XSS in Concrete CMS before 8.5.16 and 9.0.0 through 9.2.7 allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts into file blocks. The concrete/blocks/file/view.php template renders getLinkText() directly into an anchor without HTML escaping, allowing stored link text to become markup. Administrator access is required to store the payload, and another user must view the rendered block for the script to execute in that user's browser.
