Disabled-account access via unrevoked sessions

Insufficient session expiration in flipped-aurora Gin-Vue-Admin 2.4.x allows remote authenticated users to retain disabled-account access. The session-handling path continues accepting an existing login token after an administrator deletes or disables its user account. A previously authenticated user can refresh the application and continue operations permitted by the stale session, including adding or deleting users.
