Authenticated code execution via unrestricted PHP upload

Unrestricted file upload in Changsha SPON IP Network Intercom Broadcasting System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The upload/my_parser.php handler accepts a PHP file without restricting its extension and saves it under the web-accessible upload/files directory, where the server executes it. A valid low-privilege session and network access to the B/S management interface are required; successful exploitation grants the uploaded PHP code the web-server process's access.
