CLI crash via unchecked dyld mapping count

Heap buffer overflow in Rizin before 0.6.3 allows attackers to crash the CLI by supplying a crafted Apple dyld cache file. In librz/bin/format/mach0/dyldcache.c, read_cache_accel passes the untrusted header mappingCount to va2pa even when fewer map entries were allocated, causing access beyond the maps array. Triggering the flaw requires Rizin to parse the crafted cache; the upstream patch documents a crash and does not establish code execution.
