Authenticated code execution via Wi-Fi setting injection
Published Apr 23, 2024 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Command injection in Ruijie RG-RSR10-01G-T firmware 3.0(1)B9P2 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code. The set_wifi function concatenates the disable, SSID, password, and hidden form values into a shell command before passing it to /bin/sh. Valid management credentials are required, after which injected commands can alter configuration, reboot the device, or take control of the router.
