Heap buffer overflow in the FFmpeg 6.1 codecview filter allows local users to crash the process by supplying crafted video input. draw_block_rectangle advances its buffer through all block rows and then draws a redundant lower edge into a full row beyond the frame plane. The path requires codecview block visualization and encoding-block side data; exploitation produces undefined behavior or a process crash.
