CVE-2024-3152Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Administrator escalation via unfiltered Prisma relation writes

Published Jun 6, 2024 · Updated Oct 15, 2025

Improper input validation in Mintplex Labs AnythingLLM before 1.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to gain Administrator privileges. The workspace-thread update path forwards the full request body to Prisma despite calculating an allowlist, permitting nested relation writes to the users model. A default user can become an Administrator; the same CVE record also attributes arbitrary file reads and deletion plus server-side request forgery to unchecked inputs in four other endpoints.
