Database disclosure via unauthenticated request SQL injection
Published Apr 9, 2024 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
SQL injection in SourceCodester Online Graduate Tracer System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read database data via a crafted request parameter. The admin/fetch_gendercs.php endpoint fails to neutralize SQL syntax in the POST request value, enabling boolean-, error-, time-, and UNION-based queries. The public proof of concept requires no credentials and demonstrates database-content extraction through a single network request.
