Internal service access via unsigned Collector requests
Published Jun 6, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
SSRF in Mintplex Labs AnythingLLM before 1.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to reach internal services through uploaded links. The Collector accepted unsigned requests from pages loaded by its headless browser, allowing attacker-controlled content to invoke privileged processing endpoints. A manager or administrator must submit the link, and the vendor now classifies authenticated collector access to internal services as intended behavior.
