Unauthenticated file deletion via PAPI CLI service

Arbitrary file deletion in HPE Aruba InstantOS and AOS-10 AP releases allows remote attackers to delete system files through PAPI. HPE identifies the vulnerable locus as the CLI service reached through PAPI but has not disclosed the exact validation failure. No authentication or user interaction is required, and deletion can interrupt AP operation or alter its underlying file state.
