Authenticated internal-service access via unvalidated Jira hostname

Authenticated blind SSRF in Plane before 0.17-dev allows remote authenticated users to send server-side GET requests to arbitrary hosts. The Jira import summary endpoint passes the user-controlled cloud_hostname parameter to jira_project_issue_summary, which embeds it in five request URLs without validating the destination. An authenticated Plane session is required; the blind requests can reach internal services and expose response-dependent information without disrupting Plane itself.
