Client impersonation via shared certificate private key

Hard-coded client certificates in CyberPower PowerPanel Business before 4.9.0 allow remote authenticated users to impersonate clients. Managed devices reuse a certificate derived from the same embedded private key, so a recovered credential is accepted as any client. Access to that key and the managed-device channel is required; forged client traffic injects malicious data with the client's trust.
