Local privilege escalation via detached executor thread

Use-after-free in Android Statsd 12 through 14 allows local users to escalate privileges through the StatsService component. MultiConditionTrigger detaches an executor thread that continues referencing object members after the object can be destroyed; the patch retains the thread as a member and joins it during destruction. A low-privilege local process can trigger the flaw without user interaction and corrupt memory in the privileged service, enabling code execution with elevated privileges.
