Local privilege escalation via unsynchronized queue indexes

Race condition in libfmq on Google Android 12, 12L, 13, and 14 allows local users to escalate privileges through concurrent queue access. MessageQueueBase.h reads shared queue indexes without sufficient synchronization, allowing inconsistent read and write positions to drive an out-of-bounds write. A local low-privileged process can trigger the race without user interaction or additional execution privileges and gain elevated privileges.
