Local privilege escalation via unchecked sound URI

Confused-deputy flaw in Google Android 12, 12L, 13, and 14 allows local users to escalate privileges through a notification sound URI. NotificationManagerService accepts a changed channel sound URI without checking whether the calling privileged listener can read that URI. Exploitation requires access to the privileged notification-listener path but no user interaction, enabling cross-user data access under system authority.
