Transcoding setting changes via missing nonce validation

Cross-site request forgery in rtCamp Transcoder 1.3.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to toggle transcoding via forged requests. The disable_transcoding and enable_transcoding functions accept state-changing requests without valid WordPress nonce verification. Exploitation requires an administrator to follow an attacker-controlled link or submit a crafted form, and the resulting change is limited to enabling or disabling transcoding.
