Administrator-level arbitrary file upload via missing type validation
Published Apr 7, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Arbitrary file upload in Moove Agency Import XML and RSS Feeds 2.1.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to upload files over the network. The moove_set_featured_image() function accepts imported image content without validating its file type before saving it to the WordPress server. Administrator access is required; a dangerous upload can place executable server-side content and lead to code execution if the web server processes it.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=0 <=2.1.5
