Phishing redirects via unvalidated destination URLs

Open redirect in App Cheap App Builder 3.8.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to send users to untrusted sites through a crafted URL. The affected redirect path passes an untrusted destination to wp_redirect, whose unrestricted behavior was replaced with wp_safe_redirect. Exploitation requires a user to follow the crafted link; the trusted-site redirect can support phishing, with no reported direct data modification or service interruption.
