Unauthenticated PHP file inclusion via template traversal
Published May 17, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Path traversal in Sizam Design REHub Theme 19.6.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to include local PHP files through a public AJAX action. The ajax_action_re_filterpost handler applies sanitize_text_field to the template POST parameter, then passes the resulting path through rh_locate_template to include without blocking traversal sequences. Unauthenticated access to wp_ajax_nopriv_re_filterpost is sufficient; included PHP can disclose output or execute code when attackers can influence its contents.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
