Unrestricted file upload in CHANGING MOTP 3.11 through 3.11.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute system commands. The upload function on a hidden page accepts dangerous file types without adequate filtering, then permits the uploaded file to run on the server. Administrator privileges are required to reach the function; successful exploitation grants command execution with the server process's access.
