Device crash or code execution via unchecked copy

Buffer overflow in RIOT 2023.10 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash devices or execute code through a crafted CoAP response. The _on_rd_init function copies pdu->payload_len bytes into the static _result_buf without checking the destination capacity, then writes a terminator after the copied data. Exploitation requires an attacker-controlled response to cross a security boundary and user interaction to reach the vulnerable callback.
