Streaming access restoration via stale client certificates

Session fixation in LizardByte Sunshine before 0.23.0 allows remote authenticated users to regain streaming access after removal. The erase_all_clients routine cleared the persisted client map but left the in-memory certificate chain intact, so old certificates remained trusted. Exploitation requires an administrator to unpair every client without restarting the host and then pair one device; previously removed clients remain authorized until restart.
