Unauthenticated file read via node_modules path traversal

Path traversal in LizardByte Sunshine 0.16.0 through versions before 0.18.0 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary host files. The SimpleWebServer node_modules route accepts traversal segments and resolves them outside its intended static-content directory. The endpoint requires no authentication when the configuration web UI is exposed to the LAN or internet, and disclosure is limited to files readable by the Sunshine process.
