Relative path traversal in CHANGING MOTP 3.11.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary server files. The file-download function fails to filter path parameters before resolving them, so traversal sequences escape the intended directory. Administrator privileges are required, and the documented impact is limited to confidentiality through file disclosure.
