Blocked-file disclosure via basename-only deny matching

Improper access control in affected Vite dev server releases allows remote attackers to read files blocked by server.fs.deny. The server compiles directory-containing deny patterns with picomatch matchBase enabled, which checks only basenames instead of full paths. Exploitation requires a custom directory deny pattern and a dev server explicitly exposed through the host option; impact is limited to reading reachable files covered by that rule.
