Controller crash via malformed meter-config reply

Out-of-bounds read in libfluid 0.1.0 allows remote attackers to crash an OpenFlow controller via a crafted meter-config reply. MultipartReplyMeterConfig::unpack reads past the supplied message buffer while unmarshalling an OpenFlow 1.3 meter-configuration multipart reply. The target must embed libfluid_msg and accept the crafted reply from an untrusted network peer; the documented consequence is service interruption, while the CNA also scores limited data exposure.
