Service interruption via malformed OpenFlow port description
Published Sep 18, 2024 · Updated Sep 18, 2024
Out-of-bounds read in ONF libfluid 0.1.0 allows remote attackers to interrupt a service through an OpenFlow port-description reply. MultipartReplyPortDescription::unpack parses the reply, but Nozomi has not disclosed the exact unchecked length or out-of-range read. An unauthenticated network peer must deliver a malformed reply to a component that invokes this routine, resulting in denial of service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
