Service interruption via MeterStats parser out-of-bounds read

Out-of-bounds read in libfluid 0.1.0 allows remote attackers to interrupt an OpenFlow controller via a crafted meter-statistics reply. The MeterStats::unpack routine parses OpenFlow 1.3 wire-format data beyond its supplied buffer, but public advisories do not identify the missing bounds check or field driving the over-read. Exposure requires a controller or driver integrating libfluid_msg to accept OpenFlow messages from an untrusted peer; reported effects are limited to data disclosure and service interruption.
