Unauthenticated reboot via HTTP request flooding

Resource exhaustion in the LevelOne WBR-6012 R0.40e6 web application allows remote attackers to reboot the router via HTTP requests. The /cgi-bin/logi handler lacks sufficient request throttling, so a rapid flood of valid POST requests overwhelms the device and triggers a crash followed by a reboot. No authentication or user interaction is required; sustained flooding interrupts routing service during the crash and reboot.
