Cross-guest memory disclosure via inactive speculation barriers

Protection failure in Xen x86 speculative controls allows guest OS users to infer host or other-guest memory on susceptible AMD CPUs. The speculative-control initialization logic fails to activate the intended IBPB-on-entry barrier, leaving the BTC and SRSO protections ineffective. Exploitation requires an untrusted guest and susceptible AMD hardware; the resulting side channel is limited to indirect memory disclosure.
