Stored XSS via unsanitized form link URI

Stored XSS in FormFlow before 2.12.2 allows remote authenticated users with administrator access to execute script through a crafted form link. The simpleform_create_form AJAX action accepts a javascript URI in the formdata href setting and renders it in a generated link without sanitization or output escaping. The payload runs when a user clicks the link, and exposure requires administrators to lack unfiltered_html, as in WordPress multisite.
