Local Bluetooth service crash via null dereference

NULL pointer dereference in the Bluetooth service in OpenHarmony 4.0.0 and earlier allows local users to crash the service. OpenHarmony has not published the affected Bluetooth function, the dereferenced pointer, or the operation that leaves it null. A low-privileged local user can trigger the fault without user interaction, interrupting Bluetooth service while leaving confidentiality and integrity unaffected.
