Account takeover via persistent City-field script

Stored cross-site scripting in SourceCodester Insurance Management System 1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to run script via the City field. The new-account workflow stores the City value without neutralizing HTML event-handler content, and the users page later renders it in a viewer's browser. No authentication is required to submit the payload, but execution requires a user, staff member, or administrator to view the stored account; the script then runs in that viewer's session and can read accessible cookies.
