Unauthenticated command execution via ipping.php concatenation
Published Mar 29, 2024 · Updated Aug 22, 2024
Code injection in Huashi hgateway-sixport 1.1.2 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary OS commands through manager/ipping.php. The network-test handler concatenates attacker-controlled input into a system command and executes the resulting command without neutralization. The CVE assessment treats the route as unauthenticated; the public reproduction also lists default administrative credentials, and successful exploitation grants control of the server.
