Authenticated code execution via NTFS filename handling

Arbitrary file upload in Sem-Cms SEMCMS 4.8 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code through a crafted upload request. SECMMS_upload.php accepts a wname value such as 1.jpg.php: and writes the supplied file so NTFS resolves it as an executable PHP file rather than the checked image name. Exploitation requires Web Administrator Console access and a Windows deployment on NTFS; successful use installs a web shell that runs with the web server's privileges.
