Unauthenticated database disclosure via concatenated ID parameter

SQL injection in Banner.php in Sem-Cms SEMCMS 4.8 allows remote attackers to read database data through the ID query parameter. The edit branch concatenates the untrusted ID value directly into a SELECT statement without parameterization or effective validation. No account is required; a Boolean condition changes the response after banner data exists, exposing database values through an inference oracle.
