SQL injection in Banner.php in Sem-Cms SEMCMS 4.8 allows remote attackers to read sensitive database data through the lgid parameter. The disclosure attributes the flaw to insufficient validation of externally supplied SQL syntax; its blacklist omits operators used by the proof-of-concept predicate. The referenced proof of concept requires no account, but a banner image must already exist for the response difference to expose database content.
