Authenticated script execution via stored client fields
Published Apr 17, 2024 · Updated Mar 14, 2025
Stored cross-site scripting in PHPGurukul Client Management System 1.1 allows remote authenticated users to run script via client fields. The edit-client-details.php handler stores cname, comname, state, and city values without neutralizing them before later HTML rendering. A valid low-privilege session is required, and injected script executes in the application origin to read or alter data available to that browser session.
