Stored XSS via unsanitized menu link names

Stored XSS in HTMLy 2.9.5 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary web scripts through a crafted menu link name. The Menu Editor stores the Link Name value without correctly filtering it and renders that value as page content. An authenticated session is required to save the link, and script execution occurs when a user visits the affected page.
