Unauthenticated SQL execution via raw where clause

SQL injection in award document rendering in DerbyNet 9.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL via a crafted where parameter. The print/render/award.inc component appends the where query parameter directly to a SQL WHERE clause without validation or parameter binding. No authentication is required; network access to the rendering endpoint permits reading or modifying data in the SQLite database.
