Authenticated script execution via unencoded search input
Published Mar 30, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
Reflected XSS in Emergency Ambulance Hiring Portal 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through search requests. The /admin/search.php page inserts the submitted request-number value directly into its HTML response without contextual encoding or sanitization. Administrative credentials and victim interaction are required; execution is confined to the victim's browser session and can redirect or act as that user.
